Laurie Wookey’s love for history is clearly evident in the marvellous 1904 Period Banking Display at the corner of Colborne, and King Street, at 47 King Street East, Omemee. Laurie Wookey has been hard at work restoring the building at 47 King Street East, which housed Omemee’s first bank, and is to be applauded for the transformation.
